Jason Glowczewski

Jason is a Pharmacy Senior Consultant with more than 20 years of hospital leadership experience. For eight of those years, he served as Chief Operating Officer of multiple hospitals including critical access, Medicare dependent, and community teaching hospitals. Prior to his role as a COO, he also served as a multi-hospital director of 11 hospital pharmacies while he also taught management and leadership classes at the undergraduate and graduate level. He primarily works with executive leaders to engage the organization to maximize financial and operational performance within the hospital and physician practice setting.

He has extensive experience with implementation, development and evaluation of hospital service lines, health system integration, specialty pharmacy development, hospital margin improvement initiatives, as well as coaching/mentoring executive leaders.

Jason holds Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Toledo as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is also a fellow of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists and is board certified in healthcare management by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
