John Wortley

John has more than 35 years of experience in both hospital and medical group practice management. He has extensive experience and working with and developing various ambulatory service lines. John worked as an executive operations leader for a large health system and medical group in Kentucky and Indiana for 25 years.

John works with executive leaders to plan, develop and optimize operations in a variety of services, including; Medical Group Operations, Provider Compensation Analysis and Development, Margin Improvement, Private Practice Operations, Primary Care & Specialty Services Lines, Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, Convenient Care, Home Health and Direct-to-Employer Services.

In addition to business development, John also works with executives to engage their focus on their physician enterprise to maximize financial and operational performance.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and is a graduate of Leadership Louisville (2014). He is a member of Southeast Christian Church and past President of the Kentucky Judo Council.
