Lily Cocanougher

As an Associate Director at Alliant Purchasing, Lily Cocanougher applies her healthcare supply chain experience to support Alliant members and help healthcare organizations achieve sustainable cost savings while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.

Lily joined Alliant in 2022 as a Strategic Account Manager covering the Southeast region. In that role, she partnered with healthcare organizations to identify savings opportunities, maximize contracted purchasing, and strengthen supply chain strategies. Prior to joining Alliant, Lily worked as a buyer at UK Healthcare, where she supported purchasing across the Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Supply & Distribution, and OR Materials.

Her firsthand understanding of hospital supply chain operations provides valuable insight into the challenges healthcare organizations face and allows her to serve as a trusted resource to members and healthcare leaders. Lily earned a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Leadership and Management from the University of Kentucky’s College of Health Sciences. She is also an active member of the Lexington Young Professionals Association and remains engaged in the local business community through professional networking and community events.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lily is a family-oriented individual who cherishes quality time with her family, friends, and animals. She embraces an active lifestyle by traveling to new destinations, hiking outdoors, and pushing herself in the gym through CrossFit. She approaches challenges as opportunities to learn, grow, and build character.
