Audrey Marshall

Audrey Marshall is an Associate Director with a passion for helping healthcare organizations make smarter, more sustainable decisions. Her work began in materials management, where she partnered with hospitals, physician offices, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers to improve purchasing processes, strengthen vendor collaboration, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.

Today, Audrey’s focus is value analysis—an area of healthcare she has grown especially passionate about. She enjoys bringing together clinical, operational, and supplier perspectives to evaluate products, services, and processes in a way that supports both responsible spending and quality patient care. With healthcare organizations continually balancing rising costs and evolving needs, Audrey is motivated by the opportunity to help teams make informed decisions that create lasting value and ultimately support better outcomes for patients.

Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Kentucky. Originally from Kentucky, she now calls Dallas, Texas, home, where she lives with her husband. She remains committed to growing both personally and professionally through continued education, certifications, and development opportunities, including Dale Carnegie learning experiences. 

Outside of work, Audrey enjoys staying active in the gym, chasing new running goals, traveling to new places, and finding every opportunity to soak up a little extra serotonin. She believes strongly in prioritizing health and well-being as part of living a joyful, balanced life.

At the core of Audrey’s approach is a belief that success comes from effort, consistency, and teamwork. She brings positive energy, clear communication, and a willingness to step up and take the extra mile, especially when it makes someone else’s job easier.
